WWHS Withdrawal Process

If you need to withdraw your child from school, please come to the campus. You can complete the Student Withdrawal Form online WD Form , which will ask for basic information about your child and the reason for withdrawal.

After completing the form, you can schedule an appointment with the campus or visit during school hours. When you come, please bring the following items:

• Parent ID
• Withdrawal paperwork (if filled out online)
• Student Laptop and Charger
• Student ID Badge 
• Phone Pouch
