Wildcat Parents, 

We are excited that you have chosen Woodrow Wilson for your child and want to make sure that we make the enrollment process as clear and easy as possible. If you would like to confirm your online registration has been completed, please contact the Main Office at 972 502 4400.

Enrollment Steps:

  • Step One: Create/Login into SchoolMint
  • Step Two: Complete and upload all required documents.
  • Step Three: Call the Main Office (972) 502-4400 once Registration is Completed to set up an Appointment.

Required Documents:

  • Parent/Guardian (Valid ID, DL, or Passport)
  • Proof of Address 
  • Original/Update copy of a Utility Bill, Texas Standard Printed Lease, or Mortgage in the parent/guardian’s name
  • Updated Immunizations and medical information (if necessary)
  • Birth Certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Previous School Records
  • Incoming 9th Grades – Proof of Promotion 
  • Any legal Documentation the school is required to know 

The following documentation may be used for address verification for school enrollment: 

  1. Current Utility bill (electricity, gas, water, with the name of parent or guardian printed).
  2. Texas Standard Printed (not handwritten) lease, rental, or mortgage agreement with parent or guardian’s name.
  3. Mortgage or rental payment receipt with printed information identifying the name of the landlord or apartment complex with parent or guardian’s name. 

Registration of Students New to the Country

New to the country immigrants, grades K- 12, who have never attended school in the United States, will be registered, oriented, and assessed at the Margaret and Gilbert Herrera Student Intake Center. The center's staff provides support to families and students to begin the path toward academic success.

How Do I Make an Appointment? Appointments may be made by calling (972) 749-5760 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Foreign Exchange Student

Foreign exchange students can enroll in Dallas Independent School District (ISD) schools as long as they meet eligibility requirements and are not in violation of their visa status.

Enrollment Steps:

   Step One: Obtain High School Authorization Form through preferred agency. 

   Step Two: Email High School Authorization to Enroll Form to mflores@dallasisd.org 

   Step Three: Once application is reviewed and decision made by the Principal, the school Office Manager will email you with the next steps.
